Can I really get $10,000 in AWS credits? ›
Yes. LibertyAI Foundry is an AWS Activate Provider. Every accepted startup receives a unique Provider link to apply for $10,000 in AWS Activate credits — applied directly to their AWS account within 1–3 business days. These credits work on virtually all native AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and AWS Bedrock (for AI inference).
What can I use the AWS credits for? ›
AWS Activate credits can be used on most native AWS services: compute (EC2, Lambda), storage (S3, EBS), databases (RDS, DynamoDB), AI/ML (Bedrock, SageMaker), networking, and more. They cannot be used for third-party Marketplace purchases or AWS Support plans. For most early-stage AI startups, $10K covers 6–12 months of full infrastructure.
Do you take equity? ›
No. LibertyAI Foundry takes zero equity. This is a platform + accelerator subscription, not an investment. You own 100% of your startup. The program fee covers platform access and the AWS Activate Provider sponsorship.
What if I already have AWS credits? ›
AWS Activate credits can only be received once per company. If you've already received AWS Activate credits in the past, you're not eligible for additional credits. However, you can still join LibertyAI Foundry for the platform access, community, and support — the platform fee still applies.
How long does approval take? ›
LibertyAI Foundry decisions: 48 hours. AWS Activate credit approval after you apply with your Provider link: 1–3 business days. Total time from application to credits in your account: typically 3–5 business days.
Is there a revenue or funding requirement? ›
No revenue requirement. No funding requirement. You can be at the idea stage. AWS Activate is designed for pre-Series B startups — any stage from idea to growth works. We evaluate on the quality of the idea and your commitment to building.
Can I apply if I'm outside the US? ›
Yes. AWS Activate is a global program and LibertyAI Foundry accepts founders worldwide. AWS credits work across all major AWS regions.
