The Liberty AI Foundry Program
The Liberty AI Foundry Accelerator is a 12-week program designed to help founders of AI-first startups build faster, sharpen their story, and prepare for fundraising. We currently run one cohort per season.
The Goal
Our goal is to help founders go further, faster. Some join us at idea stage. Others already have a product or early users. No matter where you start, our aim is for you to leave 12 weeks later in dramatically stronger shape.
That usually means:
- A stronger product (prototype → demo → first users).
- A sharper story that gets attention from investors, customers, and partners.
- For 12 weeks, you’ll be surrounded by peers, advisors, and operators all focused on one thing: helping your startup succeed. Many describe this period as the most productive stretch of their entrepreneurial lives.
Structure
- Weekly Office Hours: Group and 1:1 sessions with advisors to troubleshoot product, GTM, and fundraising.
- Build Sprints: Structured milestones to keep you shipping every week.
- GTM Playbooks: From customer discovery to ICP definition to first outreach.
- Fundraising Prep: Pitch deck, story framework, data room basics, and dry-run pitches.
- Founder Discipline: Accountability systems that push you to operate at peak output.
Office Hours
Office hours are where breakthroughs happen. Some founders refine their problem statement, others work on distribution or investor prep. The format adapts to your stage while keeping the pressure high to execute week after week.
Benefits
- Talent Pipeline: We connect you with recent computer science graduates eager to gain real-world startup experience. They may contribute as interns, early builders, or even grow into core team members and co-founders.
- Hands-On Build Support: These grads can accelerate product development, freeing you to focus on vision, traction, and fundraising.
- Co-Founder Discovery: Work side-by-side with potential teammates before making that leap.
- Mutual Upside: Grads get invaluable experience; you gain motivated teammates who may stay long after the program.
Demo Day
The program ends with Demo Day — your chance to present to a curated audience of investors, partners, and operators aligned with our mission.
By this point, you’ll have:
- A working product or demo in the market.
- Real proof points from users, pilots, or early traction.
- A clear, investor-ready story that sets you apart.
Demo Day is not just a presentation; it’s a launchpad for the next stage of your startup journey.
What We Don’t Do
We don’t invest cash. Instead, we provide structure, accountability, a talent pipeline, and the conditions to help you reach investor readiness and early traction.
